1. CONTACT DETAILS: Include Organisation Name and Building Name
2. SHIPPING: We’re unable to ship to PO boxes and do not ship overseas.
3. TAX INVOICES: are sent to your e-mail address after ordering.
4. IF TAX INVOICE NEEDED BEFORE PAYING: select "Cheque" in Step 3 of "check‑out" process.
5. PLEASE ENSURE: pictures are enabled before printing. If you can't see NAPCAN logo above your name, consult your IT person.
6. CHARGES: NAPCAN only charges for postage / handling, provided resources are used in a personal interaction.
EXPLANATION OF CHARGES: Due to technological requirements of order system, postage / handling charges are split, appearing as individual costs per item and/or postage & handling.
7. DELIVERY TIME: Allow 2 WEEKS once postage payment has been processed.
