Payment must be received before orders are sent – we're a charity and must cover our postage/handling costs, as well as printing and professional contribution to the content of our brochures.
1. DELIVERY TIME: Allow 2 WEEKS once payment is processed.
2. SHIPPING: Unable to ship to PO boxes and do not ship overseas.
3. TAX INVOICES: emailed to you after ordering.
4. STOCK: Whatever is online is the stock we have
5. IF TAX INVOICE NEEDED BEFORE PAYING: select "Cheque" in Step 3 of "check‑out" process.
6. ENSURE: pictures are enabled to print. If you can't see NAPCAN logo above your name, consult your IT dept.
7. CHARGES: we only charge for postage / handling, provided resources are used in a personal interaction.
CHARGES: Due to tech requirements, postage / handling charges are split, appearing as individual costs per item and/or postage & handling.
PAYMENT REFERENCE: WRITE FIRST 7 DIGITS of YOUR PERSONAL ORDER CODE: eg. 1340065-343C5B6B173A, or we can't match orders to payment and orders may be delayed
